
Growth Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Acquisition Manager to spearhead our partnerships and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic and installs on our website and app via strategic partnerships, focusing on affiliates and partnership-led paid channels.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, data-driven position that requires someone who can bridge the worlds of business development and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities include:
- Partnership Development: Identify and close acquisition-focused partnerships with banks, fintech platforms, affiliate networks, and third-party brands.
- Performance Marketing Management: Manage and grow partner-led paid acquisition channels, including affiliate marketing, coupon cashback platforms, and referral programs.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track performance KPIs across partnerships and paid channels, regularly reporting on campaign outcomes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, performance marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to integrate partner campaigns into broader acquisition flows.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-6 years of experience in growth partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance-led acquisition roles.
- A proven track record of delivering installs or transactions through external partnerships or CPA-based channels.
- Strong analytical skills, fluent in funnel metrics, CAC math, attribution, and app marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a history of managing high-impact partnerships.
