. This is where you come in. We're looking for a
Head of Growth & E-commerce
someone who can lead the charge in
q-commerce and e-commerce
, optimize ad spends, and build a growth engine that takes Originally Desi into every Indian household (and beyond).

This isn't just a role. It's a chance to

that's reshaping how the world experiences Desi purity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Marketplace Growth:
    Build and manage relationships with
    Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart
    , and other leading digital shelves.
  • Own Performance Marketing:
    Drive
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies
    with a laser focus on ROAS, ROI, and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions:
    Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
  • Optimize Everything:
    From
    product listings
    (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to
    conversion funnels
    , ensure Originally Desi always wins visibility and trust.
  • Data with Action:
    Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights then translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships:
    Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Expand Horizons:
    Explore new platforms, new partnerships, and new opportunities to scale our Desi story far and wide.

You're the Right Fit If You

  • Have
    4-7 years of experience
    in
    FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce
    .
  • Have scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands (extra brownie points if in
    ghee, oils, natural/organic foods
    ).
  • Know how to balance
    numbers and storytelling
    you live in data dashboards but also think like a marketer.
  • Can talk CAC, LTV, and ROAS like second nature, but also understand brand equity and consumer love.
  • Want to be part of a
    movement, not just a company
    where tradition meets modern digital-first growth.
