Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, is for the Head of Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the business development team, creating and executing business plans, and driving sales. The role includes account management, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
