Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head located in Gurugram. The Cluster Head will oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. Responsibilities include setting targets, implementing strategies to achieve business goals, monitoring branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, leading and mentoring branch staff, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Cluster Head will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations
- Experience in Business Development and Strategic Planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
