Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development located in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, leading the sales team, and overseeing sales management tasks. The role includes generating leads, managing customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the company. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
- Effective Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in logistics and warehousing industry is a plus
