Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Head located in Faridabad. The Area Business Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing all business operations within the assigned area. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing business strategies, leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer service, and expanding the bank's reach and customer base. Additional responsibilities will involve monitoring market trends, analyzing performance, and collaborating with other departments to optimize overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics
- Proficient in the use of digital banking and traditional banking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
