Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Head
with a strong background in the
automobile industry
to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep industry knowledge and a track record of managing sales operations and achieving targets in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the automobile industry to meet revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for maximum productivity and performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automobile sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and sales data specific to the automobile industry to identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at automobile industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar leadership role in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and industry-specific sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships within the automobile sector.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
