Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Head - IT Sales (Domestic/International). The Sales Head will be responsible for managing and driving sales efforts, developing and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing account management processes. The role also includes leading and managing the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The Sales Head will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and business performance
  • Experience in Account Management, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals
    for both US/UK Markets (International markets) and Domestic market as well.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proven Team Management skills, including leading, motivating, and managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic and innovative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
