Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a B2B Sales Head – Mobile Accessories. The B2B Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing accounts, developing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations. The role involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proven experience in Account Management
- Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the electronics or mobile accessories industry is a plus
