Job Title: B2B Sales Head – Visa Industry
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 6+ Years in B2B Sales (Visa/Immigration/Travel industry preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director / VP – Sales
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced B2B Sales Head with deep expertise in the visa and immigration services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value B2B partnerships, leading sales teams, and delivering revenue growth. Candidates must have existing clients in their portfolio and be ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement a scalable and effective B2B sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped segments within the visa/immigration domain.
Team Management & Development
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance B2B sales team.
Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and conduct regular evaluations.
Create a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence.
Client Relationship Management
Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate revenue growth.
Build and manage strong, long-term partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, travel agents, and relocation consultants.
Lead negotiations, proposal development, and closing of key deals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
Track and manage sales pipelines and forecasts through CRM tools
Provide regular sales performance updates and reports to senior leadership.
Collaborate with finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Stay up to date on visa regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Adapt sales strategy to remain competitive and relevant.
Work with marketing to design campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve the value proposition and customer experience.
Share market feedback with internal teams to influence service enhancements and innovation.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Present sales reports, wins, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
Offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data.
Key Requirements:
6+ years of B2B sales experience in the visa, travel, immigration, or related industry.
Existing client portfolio within the visa/immigration domain is mandatory.
Proven ability to lead sales teams, build client relationships, and meet/exceed targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
Experience working with corporates, education consultants, and global mobility firms is a plus.
