About the Role
Were building a high-impact sales team for a fast-growing global business, and were looking for a world-class B2B Sales Executive who thrives on identifying new opportunities, forging meaningful relationships, and closing high-value deals in the U.S. market.
You will play a foundational role in shaping our outbound growth motion, combining sharp prospecting skills, persuasive storytelling, and relentless execution to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rocket-ship team that rewards performance, autonomy, and hustle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to qualification to closure.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across the U.S., focusing on SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern channels.
- Build a high-quality pipeline and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product walkthroughs to decision-makers, L&D heads, and C-suite leaders.
- Navigate complex sales conversations using MEDDIC, Challenger, or BANT methodologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue. - Maintain detailed and accurate CRM hygiene.
- Provide timely insights and feedback from the market to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Thrive in a performance-driven culture with a "get-it-done" mindset and high accountability.
