Sales Head

is seeking a Sales Head to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in Blockchain, AI, Web3, and cutting-edge IT solutions.
This leadership role blends strategic vision, people management, and hands-on client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team
- Identify and close new business opportunities and high-value deals
- Manage enterprise client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Track KPIs and sales performance to ensure consistent revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales or business development
- Proven success in leading sales teams and surpassing revenue targets
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of technologies like Blockchain, AI, Web3, or IT services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven culture
- Must have their own system.
