Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Gurugram. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, ensuring revenue targets are met, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and strategic decision-making to drive the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy formulation
- Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
- Skilled in Team Management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
