About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and partnering with other companies, institutions, and platforms to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include partner identification, partner conversion, and account management.
- Partner Identification: Identify potential partners such as job portals, B2B SAAS Companies, education platforms, professional forums, online communities, etc.
- Partner Conversion: Craft strong proposals and close partnerships in a timely manner.
- Account Management: Lead generation from partnerships, data tracking, insights monitoring, and actionable conclusions.
We seek candidates with 1-4 years of experience in partnerships or growth hacking roles with revenue responsibility. Existing networks with B2B companies or educational institutions are a plus. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and deep execution ability.
