About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and execute monthly sales strategies and proposals with marketing strategy plans. The successful candidate will have excellent customer relationships at the C-level in client organizations, understand their issues, and provide high-level IT consulting services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities with direct clients and integrators
- Establish new service agreements with direct clients
- Penetrate target accounts and call appropriate decision-makers through telesales activities
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team
- Good understanding of technology concepts and its application
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective
- Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and Staffing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT staffing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year
