Business Development Consultant

Overview: Devfi is seeking a seasoned Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates on the bench and placing them in suitable positions with our clients.
About the Role:
- Create and maintain relationships with IT consultants who are on the bench and actively looking for new opportunities.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and market them to clients to secure project placements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with both candidates and clients.
- Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to facilitate the placement process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of their submissions and interviews.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including candidate submissions, placements, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter or IT staffing recruiter, with a track record of success in placing candidates.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
What We Offer:
