Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the United States. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on generating revenue from new clients within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry, leveraging existing relationships and networks to bring in new clients and expand the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful candidate placements that meet the client's unique requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive business development activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting or managing staffing requirements is highly advantageous.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with the drive to seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on consultative sales.
- Ability to manage and grow accounts, with a strategic approach to business development.
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
Kellton offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
