Enterprise Sales Executive

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the charge on acquiring new clients for our ed-tech company.

The core focus will be identifying and closing deals with key decision-makers in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new deals with groups of institutions
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing the deal
  • Run targeted email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns with tailored messaging
  • Build strong relationships with principals, management, and trustees
  • Drive urgency and decision-making with compelling ROI-based storytelling
  • Collaborate with the account management team for smooth handoffs after the sale

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • A proven track record of closing deals through outbound efforts
  • Confident presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • A high-ownership and hustle mindset
  • Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and structured sales frameworks

KPIs & Success Metrics:

  • Monthly and quarterly new revenue acquired
  • Conversion rate from lead to closed deal
  • Average time to close a deal
  • Lead generation through direct outreach to enterprise customers
