Affluense is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to spearhead the expansion of its B2B SaaS operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can combine sales development skills with a growth hacker's mindset, leveraging AI and automation to drive qualified enterprise leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on enterprise prospects in the B2B SaaS space to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies using calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to personalize, scale, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Design and test innovative growth hacks to uncover warm leads and enhance pipeline metrics.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development within B2B SaaS (Enterprise sales preferred).
- Background in working with startups or fast-growth organizations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lemlist.
- Proficiency in AI and automation platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, PhantomBuster, and others.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive growth.
