Enterprise Sales Leadership Role in India

This senior leadership position focuses on developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, client acquisition, and team performance in the Indian market.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indian region, aligned with regional/global business objectives.
  2. Pursue and secure large enterprise deals across key verticals, including CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, and industrial sectors.
  3. Foster a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and accountability to drive individual and team results.
  4. Cultivate strategic relationships with CXO-level executives, positioning our integrated data, AI & commerce solutions as a key differentiator.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery, product, and marketing, to design tailored go-to-market approaches.
  6. Lead complex enterprise deal cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure, ensuring successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 MBA with 12-15 years of experience in enterprise/solution sales within SaaS, analytics, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing significant deals (over $1M) and scaling revenue in target verticals within the Indian market.
  • Established client network with influence over senior stakeholders.
  • Balanced strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities in global/matrix environments.
