Role Summary
The Regional Sales Director will spearhead the growth and expansion of waterless cleaning solutions in South India.
As a key member of our team, you will lead regional revenue targets, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive regional sales growth and meet performance targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Manage relationships with key regional accounts, overseeing strategic account plans and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop and execute account strategies.
- Streamline sales processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to boost regional sales productivity.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development initiatives.
- Monitor regional sales performance against targets and objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Master's degree / PG Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
