
Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in key verticals for a leading Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platform industry.
About the Role:- Create and execute a new customer acquisition strategy.
- Take ownership of an entire business vertical (e.g., BFSI) and drive revenue growth within that sector.
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead generation & qualification
- Proposal preparation & submission
- Contract negotiation & deal closure
- Refine and enhance lead generation and qualification processes to improve customer engagement.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients to drive strategic partnerships.
- An undergraduate degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology/SaaS.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling to enterprises (banks, insurance, financial services) is highly desirable.
- Strong appreciation of technology and its applications in Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Customer Personalization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
