Job Title: Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales leader to drive business growth by acquiring new client relationships and expanding our market presence.

  • Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Define sales targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
  • Identify and secure new client relationships across various industries.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Support the sales team in strengthening client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to maximize performance and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales or business development within the US IT staffing & services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
