Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM IST (flexibility up to 11 PM IST for US calls)

Reports to: COO

At Jade Business Services (JBS) , we're scaling fast—and hiring smarter. We're seeking a Senior Manager / Director – Global Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our talent acquisition operations across both US and India .

This is not just another TA role—this is your chance to own the full recruitment charter, drive AI-led hiring strategies, and work closely with executive leadership.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end hiring across technical, functional, leadership & fresher roles

Drive high-performing recruitment teams across geographies

Own key hiring metrics: TAT, Submittal-to-Offer ratios, Offer-to-join ratios, Funnel quality

Enable the team with modern tools: CEIPAL, iMocha, ChatGPT, Gemini

Handle client calls, manage escalations, and support delivery forecasts

Build a recruitment engine with dashboards

Implement a structured recruiter training program

What We're Looking For:

An experienced Senior Manager or Director with:

  • 12–15 years in full-cycle recruitment, including 5+ years leading multi-location teams.
  • A proven track record in leading for both US hiring and India hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver across technical (AI/ML, data, cloud, DevOps), functional (PM, finance, sales), and fresher roles.
  • Strong stakeholder communication with CXOs and delivery heads.
