About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager with a strong background in domestic IT hiring to lead our recruitment function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Technology Staffing, System Integrators (SIs), and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) hiring, along with excellent team leadership and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor high-performing recruitment teams focused on technology hiring

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially SIs and GCCs

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level IT roles

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms

- Track hiring metrics, provide timely reports, and optimize performance

- Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery heads to meet business Minimum 9 years of experience in Technology Staffing within an agency/recruitment firm setup

- Proven experience hiring for System Integrators and Global Capability Centers (GCCs)

- Strong knowledge of the domestic IT hiring landscape and technologies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
