Senior Recruitment Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex recruitment initiatives and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage recruitment plans, oversee teams, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Drive campus hiring processes from planning to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Liaise with external vendors and recruitment partners to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain SLA adherence, provide regular updates, and generate insights to inform recruitment decisions.
Key Requirements:
  • 13+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience scaling campus hiring programs across multiple colleges and geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
  • Proficient in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and assessment techniques.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.
  • Experience working with sourcing teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
