Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive market growth and member acquisition through strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing city revenue team.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics by tracking trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in commercial real estate, coworking, or capital markets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, paired with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage long sales cycles.
