Job Role:

Regional Director

This role oversees the overall business operations for a defined region, driving sales growth and strategic partnerships. The Regional Director is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, forecasting targets, and executing business plans to achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bharat Bank and MAB Regional Leaders to drive sales through their customers
  • Oversee all aspects of regional business operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share within the region
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Axis Bharat Bank and MAB, to align on business objectives and drive results
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in sales growth, strategy development, and team management
