**Job Title:** Senior Regional Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Marketing Director to lead our South business portfolio. As the primary marketing leader for this region, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and achieves revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering business growth and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced marketing environment. They will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel mandatory).

In this role, you will:

  • Drive business development and lead client conversations to expand the South vertical with existing and new clients
  • Own monthly revenue planning and consistently achieve/exceed assigned targets
  • Build, implement, and execute the agency's regional business growth strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire account managers, creative leads, and support teams
  • Strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Spearhead new business pitches, negotiations, and closures
  • Collaborate across internal functions (strategy, creative, digital, execution) to deliver integrated campaigns

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Post-Graduate degree (Marketing specialization preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant agency experience (BTL/Experiential/Retail Marketing)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exposure to marketing analytics tools
  • High energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
