Regional Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, experience in sales and marketing preferably in education or service sector, ability to manage partners/franchisees, lead regional initiatives, willingness to travel extensively, self-driven, action-oriented, results-focused, local market knowledge, and Kannada fluency.

The Regional Marketing Specialist will drive strategic marketing initiatives across the Karnataka region. This includes guiding franchisees with marketing plans and local strategy, strengthening center-level marketing and visibility, building strategic tie-ups with corporates, schools, and consultants, driving leads and brand outreach across the region, and organizing events such as LMKC, Marathons, Walkathons to promote the brand.

  • Responsibilities include visiting centers regularly for support and quality control, assisting in setting up new centers, identifying potential properties for expansion, leading ATL campaigns, and managing regional marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and have a proven track record of success in marketing and sales.
