Sales Manager IT

Job Summary:

  • New Business Growth, E2E sales, client relations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target 6 Cr order booking annually and acquisition of 12 new logos per year
  2. Identify and qualify target FinTech firms and relevant customer personas
  3. Identify sales opportunities and drive them to successful closure
  4. Understand the offerings and USPs
  5. Candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 strong CXO-level connections within relevant industries
  6. Candidate should have growth mindset, convincing skills, client's base knowledge and good stability
  7. Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  8. Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and pre-sales activities
  9. Manage contracting, pricing, and rate negotiations - handle the end-to-end sales process

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets of - 4 Cr+ in order bookings
  • Successfully closed deals valued at over USD 250K
  • Domain experience in financial services, including FinTechs, digital & payment banks, lending, capital markets, and insurance
  • Experience dealing with mid to large-sized firms in the financial sector (~USD 100M+ in revenue)
