Director of Sales - Software
to join our team and drive our enterprise software and SaaS sales efforts.
Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Director of Sales -Software will be responsible for leading and managing the software sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets for QpiAI's enterprise software and SaaS products. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, deep knowledge of AI, and preferably experience with quantum solutions. This role reports into the VP -Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manager the software sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- MBA with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS sales.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of AI and preferably quantum solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
