Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Director, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving business development in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) space. Will be spearheading sales in AI-powered technical support, digital customer experience, and intelligent automation across SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Quality Engineering (QE).Additionally, the role involves overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Director will collaborate with various teams to drive client outcomes and ensure business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Customer Service
- Effective Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the technology or customer experience industry is a plus
