Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Director, primarily located in Bengaluru with the option for occasional remote work. The Regional Sales Director will oversee sales operations, drive business development, and manage a team of sales professionals. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Strong Customer Service and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Team Management and leading sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the BFSI sector is a must
