Requirements:

">1. 8 years of sales experience in general insurance or financial products">

2. Strong expertise in B2B and B2C sales frameworks, with leadership capabilities

3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

5. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities

6. Well-versed in data analysis tools and CRM software
