">About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Regional Insurance Sales Director to lead our team in Karnataka. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue objectives. You will also oversee a state-wide sales team, ensuring operational efficiency and high team morale.">Responsibilities:
">1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth">2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results
">3. Coordinate B2B and B2C sales initiatives to foster partnerships with business clients, brokers, and direct customers

">Requirements:
">1. 8 years of sales experience in general insurance or financial products">2. Strong expertise in B2B and B2C sales frameworks, with leadership capabilities
">3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
">4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
">5. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
">6. Well-versed in data analysis tools and CRM software
