Customer Experience Improvement Professional

A seasoned Training professional is required to join our International Travel Servicing Operations team.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Training and Quality professional to develop Customer Experience skills across contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop training strategies for Customer Experience Blueprint Trainings in customer service operations.
- Design and deliver learning interventions to train customer service teams on emotional, empathy, energy, and engagement aspects of customer service delivery.
- Strengthen communication and soft skills in teams to enhance customer outcomes in CSAT and NPS.
- Capture and reward moments of excellent customer service and improve upon unsatisfactory experiences.
- Proven track record of training and coaching large teams for customer success in meeting performance targets related to CSAT, DSAT, and NPS.
- Ability to develop and formulate customer experience training curriculum and conduct group trainings and individual coaching.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Operations, Quality, and Training Managers to align training programs with Customer Experience objectives.
A competitive salary range of ₹14-20 lakhs per annum, based on location and experience. This role is located in Bangalore, India.
