
HR Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

The Human Resources Business Partner is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring an experienced professional with 5-6 years of experience in HRBP functions. This position plays a key part in shaping our people strategy and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet business needs, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, ensuring new employees feel welcome and supported.
- Rewards Implementation: Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs that motivate and engage staff.
- Employee Relations: Foster open communication, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Collaborate with teams to create an exceptional employer brand, highlighting what sets us apart from competitors.
- Compensation and Benefits: Participate in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- People Systems: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.
- Communications: Support internal communications initiatives to ensure transparent and timely information sharing.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with teams to enhance employee engagement and drive business outcomes.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate on learning and development opportunities to upskill and reskill employees.
- Total Rewards: Assist in designing and implementing total rewards strategies.
- Event Planning: Support event planning activities to promote team building and employee engagement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documents outside of company systems.
