Strategic HR Business Partner
- About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
- You will work closely with department heads to align talent management strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of HR processes and policies across the organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement templates and policies for bi-annual performance reviews to enhance employee development and growth.
- Drive clear KPI definition for all new joiners within their first six months to ensure effective onboarding.
- Conduct structured probation completion evaluations to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- OKRs & Goal Alignment:
- Evaluate employees' documented goals aligned with company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic focus and alignment.
- Maintain documentation in HRMS tools to facilitate easy access and tracking.
- Work with department heads to align team and individual objectives with business priorities, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared accountability.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Develop a comprehensive program to maintain a high grievance redressal satisfaction score, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead quarterly feedback surveys and analyze insights to improve employee experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct 30/60-day check-ins with new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Partner with department heads to close critical positions within 30 days, ensuring timely recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborate with external agencies and leverage internal referrals to build a strong talent pipeline, driving diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist foundation, with a proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, with expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
