Seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts and foster a creative culture. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and top architecture and design colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities
  • Recruit top talent through professional networks, job portals, social media, and consultancies
  • Evaluate skills for junior positions and design job descriptions
  • Establish and maintain connections with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinate campus interviews and selection activities
  • Develop training programs and ensure their effectiveness
  • Execute annual review procedures and develop strategies to improve engagement

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree
  • Resident of Bhavnagar or nearby areas
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
