This involves partnering with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and workforce plans, creating detailed recruitment plans outlining sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and timelines. The ideal candidate will identify and implement innovative recruitment methods to attract top talent.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. They will delegate roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths and project needs, tracking team performance against key metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Candidate Sourcing and Selection:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Professional will design and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. They will review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, managing the candidate pipeline to ensure a seamless transition through the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience Management:

The individual in this position will ensure a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact through to onboarding. They will provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, developing strategies to enhance candidate engagement and retention throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading recruitment teams within an RPO setting, particularly in the healthcare industry, for 10 years or more. They will possess in-depth knowledge of diverse recruitment methods, sourcing strategies, and talent evaluation techniques. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions are also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is also necessary. Willingness to work remotely is a plus.
