Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking an individual who can source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews and communicating with both candidates and the department throughout the recruitment process.
- They will also be accountable for the onboarding process.
- Additionally, they will maintain inventory, track and update sheets, procure office infrastructure, manage vendors, and keep stock of office supplies.
- They will create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- The successful candidate will handle petty cash and document financial transactions (bills, invoices, files, sheets etc).
- They will also be responsible for intimating timely and monthly payments and following up on receivables.
- Furthermore, they will maintain attendance and leave records, as well as perform other relevant duties when needed.
