Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
  • International recruitment experience.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
