  • A deep understanding of Ariba Buying solution
  • Expert knowledge of Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and Business Network
  • Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing Ariba Buying and its integrations with ERP systems
  • The ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, perform fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly for integration issues
  • Excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain technical/functional specifications
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling collaboration with business, procurement, finance, IT, and supplier enablement teams

This consultant's responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing data flows, mapping, transformations, and transactions between Ariba and backend systems using Ariba Buying solution and CIG
  • Configuring Business Network: supplier onboarding, supplier catalogs, transactional flows, trading relationships
  • Customizing workflows and rules in Buying and Business Network as per business requirements
