Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Data Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience in data analytics hiring and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for data analytics hiring.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
