Talent Acquisition and Development Leader

The Talent Acquisition and Development Leader plays a pivotal role in spearheading end-to-end recruitment coordination with the Center of Excellence – Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires, encompassing orientation programs, necessary documentation, and training schedules. This key position fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Employee Growth and Development

Identify training needs across the organization and collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement targeted training programs aimed at enhancing performance, leadership skills, and career progression. Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDPs). Foster an environment that encourages employees to take ownership of their professional development.

Performance Evaluation and Feedback

Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions. Encourage open communication and foster a positive work environment by resolving employee concerns and promoting transparency.

Succession Planning and Organizational Development

Collaborate with line managers and update competency matrices. Manage and update organizational structures. Design career progression paths for critical positions to ensure business continuity and succession.

HR Data Analytics and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and performance data. Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making processes. Track turnover rates, retention metrics, and other key performance indicators to drive business outcomes.

Employee Engagement and Experience

Coordinate employee engagement surveys and gather feedback. Conduct pulse surveys on HR interventions and analyze effectiveness. Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
