About the Role

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the orientation process for new hires, ensuring seamless implementation. Additionally, they will ensure completion of mandatory online modules by all employees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.

  • Drive the orientation process for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory online modules by all employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Oversee the skill certification process for front-line employees, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify training needs through various channels and prepare a comprehensive training calendar.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Hub Head to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of Human Resources and Corporate Sustainability principles.
  • Excellent training skills, capable of adapting to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ensuring efficient administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with safety practices, prioritizing employee well-being.
