Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located on-site in our organization's premises. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR department operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and facilitating training programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
- Overseeing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting
- Maintaining knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
- Managing HR systems and software to streamline HR processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- A proven track record of success in HR generalist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems
