Estimated Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities and quotation followups
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products or services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company under the observation of Sales Head.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and decent personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge in computer and emailing
  • Good presentation skills about the company product
