Job Overview

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the field. Your role will require frequent travel, in-person client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, closing high-value deals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the centralized air purification system market.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities, who require air purification solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to offer tailored air purification solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and product demonstrations to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Assist in creating and delivering sales materials, proposals, and quotations.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
  • Monitor competitor products and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Two years of experience, preferably in the HVAC, air purification, or environmental systems industry (Fresher can also apply).
  • A strong understanding of centralized air purification systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • A willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
