About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading provider of technology and services to the travel industry, seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in B2B sales or sales operations within the EdTech, IT Services, or Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
